These Terms of Service govern access to and use of the Second Tick website and purchases made from Second Tick, operated by MEHIDOXVA LLC. By using the website or placing an order, you agree to these terms and to the policies linked from the website.
1. Store and website
Second Tick is an online retail store focused on used everyday watches. The website is provided through Shopify and may use third-party services for checkout, payment processing, shipping, analytics, customer support and other store functions.
2. Eligibility and account information
You must provide accurate, current and complete information when using the website, creating an account or placing an order. You are responsible for protecting account credentials and for activity performed through your account. You may not use the website for unlawful, fraudulent or unauthorized purposes.
3. Used products and listing information
Products offered by Second Tick are used unless a listing clearly states otherwise. Each watch may have individual cosmetic wear, condition details, included items and packaging. Product images, the condition grade, condition report, description, specifications and included-items information form part of the listing and should be reviewed before purchase.
We aim to present product information accurately. Minor differences in color or appearance may result from lighting, screens or photography. A displayed image does not imply that accessories, packaging or documents are included unless the listing specifically says so.
4. Availability and order acceptance
Product availability can change without notice. Adding an item to a cart does not reserve it. An order is a request to purchase and is subject to acceptance, payment authorization, inventory confirmation and any verification reasonably required to process the order.
We may cancel or decline an order when an item is unavailable, information is incomplete or incorrect, payment is not authorized, fraud or misuse is suspected, or the order cannot be fulfilled. When an order is cancelled after payment, the appropriate refund is issued to the original payment method.
5. Prices, currency and taxes
Prices are displayed in the currency shown by the storefront or checkout. Applicable taxes, shipping charges or other amounts are shown at checkout before the order is submitted. Although we try to avoid pricing errors, we may correct an obvious error before accepting or fulfilling an order.
6. Payment and checkout
Payments are processed through the payment methods enabled in Shopify checkout. Payment providers may apply their own terms, verification requirements and processing times. You confirm that you are authorized to use the selected payment method.
7. Shipping and delivery
Shipping destinations, processing times, estimates, tracking and delivery limitations are described in the Shipping Policy. Delivery timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed. Risk relating to carrier delays or delivery events is handled in accordance with the published Shipping Policy and applicable law.
8. Returns, refunds and cancellations
Return eligibility, the 30-day return window, eligible return shipping, inspection, refund processing and order-cancellation rules are described in the Returns Policy. A cancellation may be requested before shipment but cannot be guaranteed after fulfillment has started.
9. Limited functionality warranty
Used watches include the 30-day limited functionality warranty described in the Returns Policy. The warranty covers a watch that stops working under normal use and excludes misuse, accidental damage, water damage and damage occurring after delivery. This warranty does not reduce rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
10. Acceptable use
You may not interfere with the website, attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, scrape or copy the website in a way that violates applicable law, misuse checkout or payment systems, impersonate another person, or use the website to commit fraud or harm other users, the store or service providers.
11. Intellectual property
The website design, original text, graphics, photographs, logos and other store content are owned by or licensed to MEHIDOXVA LLC unless otherwise indicated. You may use the website for personal shopping purposes but may not reproduce, distribute, sell or commercially exploit protected content without authorization.
12. Third-party tools and links
The website may contain third-party tools, payment services or links. Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy practices. Second Tick is not responsible for third-party websites or services that it does not control.
13. Privacy
Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy and the privacy choices made available through Shopify customer-privacy tools where applicable.

We may correct errors, update information, change or discontinue website features, and modify product availability without prior notice. We do not guarantee that the website will always be uninterrupted, secure or error-free, but we may take reasonable steps to maintain and restore service.
15. Disclaimer and limitation
To the extent permitted by applicable law, the website and its content are provided without warranties beyond those expressly stated in the product listing, published policies or applicable law. MEHIDOXVA LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential losses arising from use of the website or purchase of a product when such liability may lawfully be excluded. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or customer rights that cannot legally be excluded.
16. Severability and waiver
If a provision of these terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions continue in effect. A failure to enforce a provision does not waive the right to enforce it later.
17. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws applicable to MEHIDOXVA LLC in Wyoming, United States, without limiting mandatory consumer protections that apply based on the customer’s location.
18. Changes to these terms
We may update these Terms of Service by publishing a revised version on the website. The version displayed when an order is placed applies to that order, except where a change is required by law.
